Since 1969, we have been a major community-based health care service provider. ORLEANS ESSEX VNA (Visiting Nurses Association) & HOSPICE, INC. offers an alternative to institutionalization with visitations by licensed professionals in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
One out of every seven Americans - old, young, middle-aged, infirm or disabled needs home care. We are dedicated to that one in seven. Home care preserves the self determination and dignity of the individuals who need our assistance. Our services are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to assure that you are receiving the medical attention you deserve.
Payment Sources
Fees are based on Agency cost and may be adjusted to individual income. Medicare, Medicaid, and other health insurances cover the cost of many home care services. Other sources of support come from contributions and allocations from towns.
We are a non-profit organization that relies greatly on the support of the communities we serve.
