Clinical Manager to provide leadership and management of Home Care staff and services.  Will provide supervision to Nursing and LNA staff.  Must have current VT license and 3 year's experience in Home Care. 

Occupational and Physical Therapists are needed to provide services in the home to enable our clients to remain independent.  Must have current VT license.

RNs needed to support our busy Acute Care and Maternal Child Health Departments.  Flexible hours and competitive wages and benefit package available.   Must have current VT license and computer experience.
