Designed for adults and children with a life-threatening/terminal illness. The program focuses on maintaining the highest quality of life for clients and families. A special kind of home care, it affirms life while dealing with end-of-life issues. Team members provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to bring about peace, comfort, and dignity. Care is provided by a coordinated team of professionals and volunteers, directed by the client and physician.
